L’Opaline is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may arise once the order arrives in your country.

Refused Deliveries, Customs Refusal & Return Fees

If you choose to refuse the delivery of your parcel, including refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, please note:

  • Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any return courier fees charged to us by UPS will also be deducted from your refund.

International customs refusal returns may take several weeks to process.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order shipping dates are stated on the product page, these can sometimes be pushed pack due to shipment issues.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

  • All purchases made through L’Opaline are final after 24 hours.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

If you wish to request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please contact us immediately with your order number.

Refusing delivery does not count as a cancellation. As stated in our Shipping Policy, all original shipping costs and any return courier fees will be deducted from your refund in the event of a refused delivery.
