Returns And Refunds

At L’Opaline, we value your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. Our Returns Policy ensures a simple and transparent process for eligible returns within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please review the conditions below before initiating a return:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and the anti-return ribbon must remain securely attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with no marks, stains, or signs of wear.
  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery and shipped within 3 days of receiving your return label.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once the item is inspected.
  • A $5 handling fee and the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items returned outside of the return window, without tags/ribbons, or showing wear will be rejected.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you believe your item is faulty, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Clear photos and video proof are required.
  • Once approved, you will receive a full refund and return shipping will be covered by us.

International Orders

  • We accept international returns under the same 5-day policy.
  • Return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item is approved as faulty.

Disputes

L’Opaline reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. Fraudulent claims, misuse of the returns process, or chargebacks will be disputed in accordance with U.S. e-commerce regulations.
